Condiciones A Los Secretarios De Agregadurías Y Adjuntos

Condiciones a los Secretarios de Agregadurías y Adjuntos. Cuando los Suboficiales sean designados para ser secretarios de los Agregados o adjuntos deben tener las siguientes condiciones

a)

Ser del grado de Sargento Viceprimero, Primero o Mayor;

b)

Haber aprobado los cursos o concursos reglamentarios con buenos resultados;

c)

Estar clasificado en lista uno (1. o dos (2. durante los tres (3. últimos años de servicio;

d)

Si fuere casado, que la esposa no tenga nacionalidad del país el cual va a cumplir la comisión;

e)

No tener pendiente investigaciones o sumarios de orden administrativo, fiscal o penal.
