Una vez perfeccionado el expediente, el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia lo remitirá al de Relaciones Exteriores para que este, sujetándose a los convenios o usos internacionales, adelante las gestiones diplomáticas necesarias para obtener del gobierno extranjero la extradición.
