ARTICULO 40

Protección de los funcionarios consulares.

El Estado receptor deberá tratar a los funcionarios consulares con la debida deferencia y adoptará todas las medidas adecuadas para evitar cualquier atentado contra su persona, su libertad o su dignidad.
