Vestuario. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 70 de 1988, los empleados del área operativa y los conductores asignados a los servicios de protección a personas, tendrán derecho a dos (2) vestidos y a dos (2) pares de zapatos al año, siempre que su asignación básica mensual no sea superior a cinco salarios mínimos legales.
