La Dirección General de la Contabilidad Nacional, la Oficina Central de Ordenación, las de Reconocimientos de los Ministerios, las Pagadoras de los gastos, las Recaudadoras de las rentas y la Sección de Crédito Publico, procederán a abrir las cuentas para el periodo económico de 1° de enero a 31 de diciembre de 1920, precisamente de acuerdo con la respectiva liquidación de los Presupuestos, tan luego como la reciban.
