Patrimonios Autónomos Derivados (PAD). Los proyectos de vivienda urbana de interés social nueva que vayan a desarrollarse conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto deberán ejecutarse integralmente a través de contratos de Fiducia Mercantil que originen Patrimonios Autónomos Derivados (PAD) en los cuales se incorporarán todos los bienes necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto, en especial, los recursos que gire el Patrimonio Autónomo Matriz (PAM).
