DE LA DELEGACION INTERNA DE FUNCIONES. Con las formalidades y en los casos previstos por los estatutos, las Juntas o Consejos Directivos podrán delegar en los representantes legales de los establecimientos públicos y de las empresas industriales y comerciales el cumplimiento de ciertas funciones o la celebración de determinados actos. Igualmente, Señalarán las funciones o actos que dichos representantes legales pueden delegar en otros servidores del respectivo organismo. IV. INHABILIDADES, INCOMPATIBILIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES.
