Modifíquese el artículo 2.1.17.1.8 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.1.17.1.8 Requisito mínimo de calificación. Los establecimientos de crédito que quieran participar en la subasta deberán contar con una calificación de riesgo crediticio de largo plazo igual o superior a AA+, o su equivalente, otorgada por una sociedad calificadora de riesgo vigilada por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.".
