Los socios industriales tendrán derecho al fondo social sólo cuando no se hayan emitido acciones de capital y acciones de industria en series distintas, o cuando, habiéndose emitido ambas series, el estatuto les conceda este derecho. Las acciones de industria permanecerán depositadas en la caja social hasta cuando el accionista haya cumplido su empeño y mientras tanto no serán negociables.
