Artículo sexto. Las instituciones universitarias autorizadas para otorgar títulos profesionales o de post-grado en Biología deberán establecer en sus reglamentos las condiciones para que quienes ostenten títulos de formación intermedia profesional o tecnológica en el campo de la Biología, pueden transferir a las modalidades de formación universitaria o avanzada y optar a los títulos correspondientes.
