Será responsabilidad exclusiva de Fiduprevisora S.A. en su calidad de vocera y administradora del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio - FOMAG realizar el pago al beneficiario final de las obligaciones originadas en el Proceso Liquidatorio Administrativo o por vía Judicial de los Contratos de Salud del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio - FOMAG ejecutados durante la vigencia de 2012 a 2017 de las que trata el artículo 1 del presente Decreto.

Decreto 1738 de 2021 · Por el cual se reconoce como deuda pública y se ordena el pago de las obligaciones que surjan en el Proceso Liquidatorio Administrativo o por vía Judicial de los Contratos de Salud del FOMAG ejecutados durante la vigencia 2012 a 2017 en virtud del artículo 110 de la Ley 2063 de 2020
