LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.3.4. Profesores de los Centros de Formación, Capacitación y Entrenamiento. Como norma general para el profesorado de dichos Centros de Formación, Capacitación y Entrenamiento, los profesores de materias náuticas con excepción del Derecho Marítimo, Legislación Marítima, Economía Marítima y Construcción Naval, estarán en posesión de Licencia de Navegación de la clase y categoría que determine la Autoridad Marítima, según la intensidad de la materia y/o la clase de formación que se proyecte. Los demás profesores deberán acreditar su respectivo título nacional o credencial que los acredite para desempeñarse como profesores de dichas materias.
