º. De La Presidencia Del Concejo La Presidencia del Consejo será ejercida por el Secretario de Salud o Jefe del Servicio Seccional de salud. Si la respectiva seccional estuviere compuesta por varios Departamentos, será presidida por el Secretario de Salud o Jefe del Servicio Seccional de salud del Departamento que sirva de sede a la gerencia.
