Por la falta de cumplimiento de la obligación de llevar en la Tesorería General de la República la cuenta de las deudas que la Nación sirve en Europa, y de las demás cuentas que prescribe el artículo 2176 del Código Fiscal de 1873, incurrira el responsable en una multa hasta de cien pesos ($100) que le impondrá la Comisión Legislativa de Crédito Nacional, y la reincidencia llevará consigo la sanción de pérdida del empleo.
