Los fundadores de una sociedad cooperativa deberán obrar con sujeción a las reglas especiales de los artículos 3º 24, 26,28, 30,32,33, 34,36, 38,39, 44, 45, 46, 47,49,51,53, 54,55,57,59,60, de la ley 0134 de 1931 y del artículo 2º del decreto No 1108 de 1932. Cualquiera duda o dificultad que se presente a los fundadores podrá consultarla al Superintendente de cooperativas, y las actuaciones se surtirán en papel común.
