TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 4.° Los nombramientos de Oficiales y otros empleados de la Gendarmería fuera de Bogotá se harán con candidatos presentados por los Gobernadores e Intendentes; y si en la actualidad hubiere algunos de aquéllos que no satisfagan, serán cambiados á solicitud de dichos Gobernadores é intendentes.
