Prácticas laborales en el sector minero-energético. El Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio del Trabajo, desarrollará y reglamentará una política que incentive, fomente y coordine los programas de jóvenes talentos, orientados a que jóvenes sin experiencia puedan realizar prácticas laborales en las empresas contratistas y subcontratistas de exploración, explotación, transporte del sector minero-energético.
