Artículo único. Concédese sobresueldo a la fuerza pública nacional que haga el servicio de guarnicion en el Estado Soberano de Panamá i en los Territorios nacionales, en cantidad igual a una cuarta parte a los Jefes i Oficiales, i una tercera parte a los individuos de tropa, de los sueldos de sus respectivas clases, asignados a los militares en servicio activo.
