No se permite la exportación de las drogas y jeringuillas de que trata el presente Decreto, sino con el permiso que exige la Ley 99 de 1322, Para conceder este permiso es necesario comprobar que son producidas en el país. La contravención de esta disposición se castigará como lo establece el artículo 29 de la citada Ley.
