Artículo primero . A partir del 19 de mayo de 1980, el auxilio de transporte a que tienen derecho los empleados oficiales y los trabajadores particulares que devenguen un salario mensual hasta de dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal, será de trescientos noventa y un pesos ($391.000) mensuales.
