° El doctor Rudolf Hommes tendrá derecho a pasajes aéreos de ida y regreso en primera clase en la ruta Bogotá-Miami-Dallas-Houston-Miami-Bogotá, y a viáticos de US$ 265 diarios, del 23 al 25 de mayo de 1993 y de US$ 132,50 por el día 26 del mismo mes y año (último día sin pernoctar) con cargo al presupuesto vigente del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
