La primera partida de que trata el artículo anterior tendrá un valor de ciento cincuenta millones de pesos ($ 150.000.000), y las siguientes se ajustarán con relación a la cifra inmediatamente anterior en un incremento equivalente al porcentaje anual de variación de índice de precios al consumidor, certificado por el Departamento Nacional de Estadística, DANE.
