Ejecución Presupuestal . Corresponderá al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, ejecutar el presupuesto de la Superintendencia de Valores y ordenar el reconocimiento y pago de las obligaciones a cargo de la misma, con arreglo a las normas administrativas, presupuestales y fiscales sobre la materia. El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá delegar la función de ordenación de gastos en el Secretario General de la Superintendencia de Valores, de acuerdo con las normas que rijan la materia.
