Funciones y Competencias. Las funciones de inspección, vigilancia, control y asesoría de la educación y administración educativa serán ejercidas por las autoridades del nivel nacional sobre las del nivel departamental y del Distrito Capital, por las autoridades del nivel departamental sobre las de orden distrital y municipal y por estas últimas sobre las instituciones educativas.
