º Los usuarios de los servicios excluidos por el presente Decreto deberán expedir una certificación a quien presta el servicio, en donde conste la destinación, el valor y el nombre e identificación del mismo. Quien presta el servicio deberá conservar la certificación a que se refiere el inciso anterior durante el término señalado en el artículo 632 del Estatuto Tributario y servirá como soporte para la identificación de los servicios excluidos para efectos del artículo 763 del Estatuto Tributario.
