Despacho del Superintendente de Sociedades. El Superintendente de Sociedades tendrá, además de las funciones señaladas en el artículo 8 del Decreto 1736 de 2020, las que sean asignadas a la Superintendencia de Sociedades por las leyes, decretos y reglamentos. Las funciones asignadas a las Delegaturas, Direcciones y Oficinas y cualquier otra dependencia podrán ser ejercidas en cualquier tiempo por el Superintendente de Sociedades.
