La Junta de que trata el artículo anterior se llamará Junta Nacional para la celebración del primer centenario del sacrificio de Policarpa Salavarrieta, y podrá nombrar Juntas subalternas que funcionen en las capitales de los Departamentos. El personal de la una y de las otras desempeñará sus funciones ad honorem.
