El Instituto de Fomento Industrial podrá colaborar en la promoción y el fomento de industrias no incluidas en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, siempre que reúnan las condiciones de que trata el artículo 30 del Decreto 1157 de 1940 y esta colaboración no menoscabe la realización de los proyectos relacionados con las industrias expresadas incluidas en el plan.
