APELACIÓN. Contra el fallo podrá interponerse recurso de apelación, de palabra, en el momento de la notificación o por escrito, dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes. Si pasare el tiempo señalado en el inciso anterior, sin que se apele el fallo, éste se consultará ante el Director General, quien resolverá dentro de los cinco (6) días hábiles siguientes. CAPITULOIV. DE LA SEGUNDA INSTANCIA.
