º DE LOS ASISTENTES ESPECIALES. A las sesiones de la Junta Consultora concurrirán con voz, pero sin voto, el Gerente de la Sociedad Fiduciaria, la persona que haga las veces de Revisor Fiscal y los delegados de las autoridades públicas o entidades privadas, que a criterio del Presidente de la Junta Consultora deban asistir a sus sesiones para aportar elementos de juicio sobre las materias en que ésta deba ocuparse.
