Todos los alimentos o bebidas que se expendan, bajo marca de fábrica y con nombres determinados, requerirán registro expedido conforme a lo establecido en la presente Ley y la reglamentación que al efecto establezca el Ministerio de Salud.

Parágrafo

Se prohíbe el expendio de alimentos o bebidas con registro en trámite, a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley.
