Forma de la actuación. Toda la actuación dentro del proceso penal aduanero debe constar por duplicado y sobre la copia se surtirán los recursos en el efecto devolutivo. Los documentos originales y únicos que obren en el expediente, se llevarán por duplicado en copias o fotocopias autenticadas por el respectivo secretario.
