CAJAS DE RETIRO. La Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares y la Caja de Sueldos de Retiros de la Policía Nacional serán las encargadas de cumplir los deberes enunciados en los numerales 1 al 5 del artículo 10 del presente Decreto, con respecto al personal en goce de retiro.
