ARTICULO 118 . DECLARACIÓN DE IMPEDIMENTOS. El servidor de la Policía Nacional, que conozca de procesos disciplinarios en quien concurra alguna causal de recusación, deberá declararse impedido tan pronto como advierta la existencia de ella.
