La Dirección Ejecutiva de la Corporación estará a cargo de un Director que deberá ser un profesional de amplia y reconocida experiencia en la técnica de organización y manejo de empresas. Su remuneración, incompatibilidades y responsabilidad serán señaladas en el decreto reglamentario de la presente Ley; su cargo será incompatible con el ejercicio de toda otra clase de funciones públicas o actividades privadas. El Director Ejecutivo será el representante legal de la Corporación, su primera autoridad ejecutiva y tendrá el carácter de agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción.
