Habrá lugar a multas cuando se cometieren infracciones a las reglas contenidas en los artículos doce (12), trece (13), catorce (14), diez y seis (16), diez y siete (17), veinte (20), veintiuno (21), veintidós (22), veintitrés (23), veintisiete (27), veintiocho (28) treinta (30) ,cincuenta (50); sesenta y seis (66), setenta (70), y setenta y uno (71) y cuando se violare la medida preventiva de congelación, prescrita en el artículo ochenta (80).
Parágrafo
La cuantía de las multas oscilará entre tres mil pesos ($.3.000.oo) y cien mil pesos ($100.000.oo) sin perjucio del decomiso del producto ni de las deás sanciones a que hubiere lugar.
