º El artículo 19 del Decreto 844 de 1975, quedará así: Dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la reunión con los interesados, la Comisión tomará la decisión correspondiente, de la cual se levantará el acta respectiva, que servirá de fundamento para que el Ministerio de Minas y Energía dicte la resolución a que haya lugar. Dicha providencia regirá una vez esté en firme.
