Art. 47. Se consideraran obras póstumas, no solo las publicadas después de la muerte del autor, sino también las que habiendo adquirido en vida de este publicidad oralmente, no han sido impresas sino después de su muerte; y también las impresas que el autor a su fallecimiento deje refundidas o aumentadas o corregidas de tal manera que puedan reputarse obras nuevas.
