Los miembros de las Juntas Directivas y los Gerentes de los Fondos Ganaderos que efectúen operaciones de crédito redescontables ante Finagro, responderán penal y patrimonialmente por aquellas operaciones que se aprueben fraudulentamente y que vayan en deterioro del patrimonio del Fondo Ganadero e indirectamente de Finagro.
