Concepto previo. Las propuestas de concesión para explorar y explotar minerales en las playas y espacios marítimos jurisdiccionales, requerirán concepto favorable de la Dirección General Marítima del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, de acuerdo con su competencia legal. Deberán ceñirse a los términos de referencia y a las guías ambientales durante la exploración y disponer de la correspondiente licencia ambiental para la explotación.
