Abrense al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia económica de 1915 los siguientes créditos adicionales:

Congreso-Personal.

Cámara del Senado

minadas las sesiones, y para pagar igualmente al Director de Anales y el Corrector de pruebas de la Cámara de Representantes por la misma causa en las propias sesiones así:

Cámara de Representantes.

Secretaría.

Ministerio de Obras Publicas-Capitulo 75.
