Venta de combustibles entre estaciones de servicio. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía reglamentará mediante acto administrativo de carácter general la comercialización de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo entre estaciones de servicio establecida en el numeral 9 del artículo 2.2.1.1.2.2.3.91 del presente decreto, cuando el mercado y la logística de distribución lo ameriten.
