Los Órganos del Sistema Ge­neral de Regalías, así como las entidades adscritas y vinculadas que cumplan funciones en el ciclo de las regalías, podrán crear plantas de personal con empleos temporales de libre nombramiento y remoción para el cumplimiento de las funciones definidas en la Constitución y la ley, con cargo a los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías.
