Junta Directiva. Composición. La Junta Directiva del Fondo estará compuesta por los siguientes miembros

El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o el Vice - Ministro del ramo.

El Gerente del Banco de la República. e) El Director del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior. d) Cuatro (4) miembros de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República, dos (2) de los cuales deberán ser representantes del sector privado.
