Sesiones de la Comisión de Personal de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular. La Comisión de personal de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular se reunirá por Convocatoria del funcionario que la presida, en forma ordinaria, por lo menos una vez al mes y en forma extraordinaria a petición de tres de sus miembros. La Comisión podrá sesionar con la mayoría de sus miembros y decidir por mayoría simple de los miembros presentes.
