°. Modifíquese el artículo 9° del Decreto 2975 de 2004, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 9°. Aprobación y ejecución de nuevos planes de premios . Antes del 20 de noviembre de 2004, los órganos directivos competentes deberán aprobar los planes de premios con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto. Dichos planes se ejecutarán a partir del 1° de enero de 2005”.
