Siempre que un menor haya de ser internado en alguna de las casas de educación de que trata esta Ley, será enviada, junto con la orden de internamiento, una reseña acerca del menor, que comprenda la relación del motivo del internamiento, los antecedentes personales y familiares del menor, los estudios del médico y los de la casa de observación.
