Todo Oficial O Individuo De Tropa En Servicio Activo Que Enfermare De Enajenación Mental, Será Hospitalizado En Un Manicomio Por Cuenta Del Gobierno Nacional, Previo Certificado Médico

°. Todo Oficial o individuo de tropa en servicio activo que enfermare de enajenación mental, será hospitalizado en un manicomio por cuenta del gobierno nacional, previo certificado médico.

Parágrafo

La hospitalización será pagada por el Gobierno Nacional hasta por el término de sesenta (60) días
