De las unidades de urgencias. Las Direcciones Seccionales y Locales de Salud crearán su correspondiente unidad de urgencias responsable de la coordinación de éstas, en el área de su jurisdicción antes del 31 de diciembre de 1990, acogiéndose a las normas que para el efecto expida el Ministerio de Salud.
