- las deliberaciones del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura serán reservadas y sus providencias solo podrán hacerse públicas una vez firmadas por los Magistrados y el Secretario del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura. Los Magistrados que salvaren el voto dispondrán de dos (2) días para depositar en secretaria el escrito correspondiente.
